Every morning across Tamil Nadu, a kolam is drawn at the doorstep in a single line of rice flour, never lifted from start to finish. The pattern is taught by one generation to the next.
KIRBS is made in that spirit. For more than 40 years one family in Nellikavilai has worked with cashews, and each generation has handed what it learned to the next. KIRBS is the first time that knowledge goes into a tin with our name on it.

What does W180 mean?
Cashews are graded by how many whole kernels it takes to make a pound. The fewer it takes, the bigger each cashew. Our Jumbo tin is W180, the largest whole grade in the trade.
