W180 is the top of the cashew grading scale: only around 180 whole kernels make up a pound. Nothing is added. You taste the kernel, creamy and mild, with the snap that only a whole, unbroken cashew has.
Roasted Salted

Roasted without oil until the kernels turn golden, then seasoned with salt and nothing else. The salt stays light, so the buttery roast comes first.
Roasted Pepper

Borma
